Full Production

 Full production might be the best fit for you if you are busy or know that handling logistics messes with your state of zen. This is the perfect package for a couple that wants to be able to pick everything out and let our team make it happen behind the scenes. Due to the high level of attention we give our full production clients, we only take on 1-2 full production weddings per year.

An exact quote can be given after a complimentary consultation. Factors that influence the quote include but are not limited to: guest count, number of assistants needed, scope of set up, number of face to face meetings, hours needed on the wedding day, and type of venue.

Services Prior to the Wedding:

  • Six (6) face-to-face meetings (At the minimum)

    • First Meeting: Discuss vision of design and decor to brainstorm colors, ideas, view pictures and create an overall concept

    • Second Meeting: Design and Décor meeting at your location to view sample linens, chairs, a sample center piece from your florist as well as wedding day stationery include, menus, programs, place cards, etc.

    • Third Meeting: Create a comprehensive, down to the minute, event timeline for all the events of the wedding weekend so no small detail is overlooked and everyone is on the same page in regards to all scheduling

    • Fourth Meeting: Menu tasting/Detailing meeting to go over timing, diagrams and other pertinent information with your catering manager

    • Fifth/Sixth Meetings: Any additional meetings desired by client, whether it be a stationery meeting, photography meeting, florist meeting, additional planning meeting, etc.  

  • Unlimited communication and correspondence via e-mail, phone and fax

  • Provide professional vendor referrals as needed to ensure that you have a professional that fits your style, budget along with superior customer service

  • Access to our online planning software, Aisle Planner to view

    • A customized wedding checklist that lists all planning tasks and when they should each be completed, so nothing gets overwhelming during the planning process

    • A customized detailed budget to help set guidelines of how much money should be spent in each category

    • Vendor section to view booked vendors, contact information, contracts, balances due, and other pertinent details, managed by SSW

    • Creation of style boards for flowers, dresses, décor, stationery, cakes, beauty looks, etc. by SSW, with your ability to edit, add and update

    • Access to add guest section to upload wedding guests and track RSVPs and meal selections and create seating assignments

  • Assist with creating and printing stationery, save the dates, invitations, menus, etc. including proofreading and wording suggestions of all printed products

  • Etiquette advisement 

  • Assistance with securing of room blocks to help secure the best possible room rate for out of town guests 

  • Provide assistance with securing contracts with vendors to ensure all contracts have the proper information and verbiage

  • Vendor and Contract Negotiations to ensure that you receive the most competitive package possible

  • Assistance in arranging and contracting transportation to secure the best possible rate for bride and groom, bridal party, or wedding guests to be transported from one location to the next 

  • Assist with menu selection to ensure you have a variety of hot and cold, meat and vegetarian, etc.

  • Confirm contracts and timing with all vendors so that all vendors are aware of arrival times, load-in instructions, set up guidelines and flow of the event

  • Distribute a shortened timeline to wedding party and family the day of the rehearsal so that the bridal party and family have a hard copy hand out of the timing of pictures, hair and make up, etc.

  • 1 hour to coordinate the rehearsal and collect all wedding items, e.g. toasting glasses, wedding programs, place cards, etc. to ensure all bridal party and family members feel comfortable with how they will be walking and standing/sitting during the ceremony on the wedding day

Services the Day of the Wedding:

  • 10+ hours on the day of the wedding (up to the discretion of Simply Sweet Weddings after completing timeline)

  • Personal assistant to the bride

  • Provide 2+ additional assistants so they can help fulfill all of the wedding coordinator duties (up to the discretion of Simply Sweet Weddings after completing timeline)

  • Oversee all vendor commitments and set up to make sure they are fulfilled to your standards

  • Set up assistance with décor, favors, place cards, etc. according to your specifications so you and your family can enjoy getting ready without stress

  • Manage the timing of the event throughout the entire day from photographs, ceremony, reception, etc. so that all events flow smoothly, stay on schedule and are executed flawlessly

  • Provide wedding day emergency kit that includes, but is not limited to sewing materials, hairspray, duct tape, glue gun, bobby pins, collar extenders, stain removers and more to come to the rescue in any type of mishap

  • Acceptance and assistance with distribution of bouquets, corsages and pinning of boutonnieres so all boutonnieres and corsages are pinned correctly and uniformly

  • Assistance with pre-ceremony and post-ceremony photography so that this time is used as efficiently as possible

  • Ensure all gifts and cards are moved to a safe location

  • Assistance with lining up of the bridal party for the Grand Entrance

  • Direct guests to ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, etc. so that none of your guests are confused to as where they should be and when

  • Distribution of hard copies of timeline to vendors so that no vendor is left without the most updated timing and details

  • Distribute final balances and/or gratuities to all vendors as needed 

  • Pack up all wedding items and load into bridal suite, designated car, etc. so at the conclusion of the event no one has to stay behind and clean up

  • Answer questions and concerns to guests and family throughout the day so they feel attended to and taken care of

  • Be your eyes and ears so you can relax and enjoy your big day!
