I have always known I was meant for event planning! Growing up I always dreamt of becoming a wedding planner and as one of my first jobs I worked at the Padua Hills Theater in Claremont, CA as a Banquet Server and Assistant Planner when I was just 16! I knew then that I was destined for events! I graduated from California State University San Bernardino in 2009 with a degree in Public Relations and interned in Huntington Beach at Roxy by Quiksilver in the Public Relations and Events Department and truly began my journey into event planning. I knew then that I needed to move to Huntington Beach and started off my career in wedding planning as a Catering Assistant at the Waterfront Beach Resort, a Hilton Hotel. From there I moved over to the Wyndham Orange County as the Social Catering Manager completely building weddings and special events from the ground up. Currently I am the Director of Events and Programs for the Huntington Beach Chamber of Commerce and work on Special Events within the business community for the city of Huntington Beach. Keeping weddings as my passion I am proud to work with Simply Sweet Weddings and Events to express my need and obsession with the wedding industry. With over 4 years in the wedding and event industry I take pride in making every wedding and bride unique and special. No two weddings are the same and I LOVE seeing the event come alive in person and being part of such a magical day between two people. I was married on October 28, 2012 and had an amazing experience planning my own wedding! From Pinterest to Green Wedding Shoes I truly understand the passion and planning needed to express ones true love on your special day! You will still find me tearing up as the Bride walks down the aisle or during the first dance as I understand the meaning of true love and having a special day of love and happiness all to your self! Outside of weddings I am completely obsessed with my Huge 90 lb Boxer. I love cooking, being a wife to my amazing husband, and spending time with my family and friends!

I grew up in Huntington Beach, California and, yes, I am an Angels fan! Shortly after high school I joined the US Navy. It was an adventure and one that I am thankful I had the opportunity to experience. After returning home from the Navy, I began working for a local catering company as a server and bar tender, working my way up to Assistant Catering Manager. In the seven years I worked with the catering company, I was given the opportunity to expand my role and plan events and work with brides. I learned a lot from some very talented people in the business.
Yes, events are stressful and I know this sounds crazy but, I love the stress that an event brings! I love that no two events are ever the same and that each client is so unique. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to work with such an amazing and talented team at Simply Sweet Weddings & Events! No matter what we are working on we feed off of each other’s creativity. We could not be the team with are without each other!

Graduating from UC Irvine with a criminology degree, branching into the wedding industry was both an unexpected and absolute fate-driven change of pace. Since then, I haven’t looked back and have loved every minute of working with Simply Sweet Weddings! From planning and executing the teeniest detail to meeting and collaborating with some of the most talented people around is a crazy blessing. Weddings and events have always been my passion, and being able to live through that passion daily makes my world go round. In my spare time I love to correct spelling, practice yoga and color-code my life.

I was born and raised in Southern California but moved to Colorado to attend the University of Denver. Iam currently studying abroad in Rome, Italy and it has fueled my love for traveling even more. I love learning about different cultures and trying all the amazing food since I am a HUGE foodie. I am a big Anaheim Ducks and Lakers fan, and I love to paint and snowboard. My whole life I have grown up around weddings, since my parents have always been in the industry and it has made me a hopeless romantic who loves love. I love weddings because of the idea that love not only brought two people together but also their families and friends to get together and celebrate. I think its one of the most special and beautiful day of one’s life and I have a passion to make sure the couple has the perfect memory of their day. Simply put..I can never get enough weddings!!

I grew up in Santa Cruz, California and have been in the industry since 2006. I earned my Bachelor’s degree at California State Polytechnic University Pomona in Hospitality Management. From restaurants, to hotels, to weddings and sales, I have been all over and somehow continue to find my way back to weddings! I love weddings because they are always changing, and I love keeping up with new trends and design ideas. I am a perfect fit for the industry because of my range of knowledge and ability to build relationships with clients and industry partners. Outside of weddings, I love snowboarding, running, yoga, dancing, food, wine and reading!
